Job Description: HR Coordinator

Location: Mumbai, India

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. This role supports HR operations across the APAC region, ensuring smooth processes and excellent employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition Support: Screen profiles, coordinate and schedule interviews, and manage candidate communication.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain and update recruitment trackers, HR reports, and other relevant documentation with accuracy.
• Employee Support: Address employee queries related to HR processes and policies promptly and professionally.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1-3 years of experience in HR operations or Talent Acquisition.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with HR systems/tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
