Responsibilities 

• Supporting the global implementation of Anaplan models for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, supply chain, and other business processes together with a Partner. 

• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders from both Business and IT sectors to understand and gather requirements. 

• Responsibility for Anaplan Services, operations, and enhancements/changes, including the development and maintenance of Anaplan models. 

• Manage incident management, change management, service request management, and project management related to various Anaplan models. 

• Setup, support, configuration, and further development of Anaplan models based on business needs. 

• Administer and monitor the Anaplan platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. 

• Advise various business functions on best practices for using Anaplan, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. 

• Collaborate with finance, operations, and external consultants in the conception of new and innovative solutions using Anaplan. 

• Manage integrations with other systems such as ERP systems, CRM systems, data warehouses, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). 

• Support the application's lifecycle, including upgrades, migrations, and ongoing improvements. 

• Develop and build reports and dashboards according to the requirements of various business units. 

• Take end-to-end accountability in delivering solutions within a complex and dynamic environment. 

Ideal Profile 

• Completed university degree and substantial professional experience in relevant fields. 

• Experience in at least two end-to-end implementations of Anaplan models, including full implementation cycles and ongoing support. (2-5 years of overall experience)

• Anaplan certification(s) would be a significant advantage. 

• Experience working for international vendors, system integrators, or within the IT department of multinational companies. 

• Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, or related areas, with experience in the design of planning and forecasting solutions. 

• Project experience in the Anaplan environment and experience in designing and configuring Anaplan models. 

• Project Management experience with global and complex projects is an advantage. 

• In-depth analytical skills and problem-solving abilities with the capability to work with large datasets and complex models. 

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and business scenarios in easy-to-understand terms. 

• Skill in translating technical language to business language, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders. 

• Team player with intercultural sensitivity, capable of working effectively in a diverse team environment.
