Responsibilities
- Take over the role of a Product Owner inside an agile Scrum Team and lead and chaperon product initiatives from requirements gathering, until releasing them by supporting Product Managers
- Be a visionary driving force, understand customer challenges, translate customer needs into cutting-edge product innovations while define, track and analyze relevant key product indicators (KPIs)
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, Engineers and QA teams to ensure quality standards that make customers satisfied and excited
- Gather requirements from Product Management and other stakeholders and own the conversion of these requirements into user stories and other supporting documentation
- Ensure that the development team members understand the whys, the goals of the product initiatives, and support them fully on coming up with the hows
- Support and advance the technical feasibility and intuitive usage of the planned functions making our customers excited about them

Requirements
- University or college degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, or any related subject
- At least 3 years of proven work experience in the following areas: product management, software development and quality assurance
- Strong technical understanding and previous coding experience are a plus
- Experience with scrum and agile processes particularly in Product Development is advantageous
- Collaborative and pragmatic approach paired with strong communication skills
- Ability to advise all key stakeholders successfully by making recommendations on commercial and technical factors
- Solution-oriented and flexible way of working with ability to respond effectively to shifting priorities, demands and timelines by using analytical and problem-solving skills
- Challenging mindset, questioning the status quo, pushing boundaries, and seeking innovation
- Ability to make decisions independently, recognizing when to escalate for more senior approval
- Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus
