Responsibilities

 

We are looking for a (Senior) QA Engineer (all genders) to actively continue and expand the automated testing for our remote access, control, and support solution. The position will report to the Team Manager Software Development and provides an excellent opportunity to create impact and add value in an agile, modern environment.

 

  • Lead and contribute to the evaluation, planning, and execution of manual tests of the Scrum team
  • Derive test cases based on functional and technical requirements
  • Define, generate and provide test data
  • Maintain and optimize continuously existing tests
  • Analyze and record errors
  • Implement, load, stress, and limit tests to find out the resilience and limits
  • Ensure test plans thoroughly cover all use cases
  • Monitor and maintain daily automated regression runs
  • Define and publish test reports regularly
  • Ensure the maintenance of test documentation

 

Requirements

 

  • University or college degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any related subject
  • At least 2 years of experience in manual and automation testing is required
  • Proven skills and working history in design and implementation of automated tests
  • Experience of working with Ranorex, TestRail, or Cypress is a plus
  • Quick comprehension, analytical thinking, customer-oriented thinking and acting as well as a high sense of responsibility
  • Certification according to ISTQB® as a Certified Tester Foundation is a plus
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, German is a plus
