Responsibilities

 

Join us as (Senior ) Product Manager (all genders) MSP anddriveTeamViewer’s Managed Service Provider (MSP) offering globally. You will work cross-functionally to develop the roadmap and additional capabilities needed to build knowledge and expertise within teams to deliver our MSP offering to customers. You will collaborate closely with our global Product Management team, Sales, R&D, and Marketing departments to achieve revenue goals.
 

 

  • Build and improve our offering geared towards MSPs (Managed Service Providers) 
  • Identify the customer needs and the high-level business goals to create solutions that can be fulfilled with our product portfolio to meet the needs of our MSP customers 
  • Create and share thorough understanding of the users, their needs, the customers, the market, the product, and the competition within the organization 
  • Translate metrics into results and connect data, feedback, and other insights to prioritize product features and capabilities to help expand our customer use cases and customer numbers 
  • Collaborate with other product leaders and teams across the globe to reach an alignment with them regardingthe requirements and strategic direction of all our products 
  • Seize your inherent ability to work across multiple functions and stakeholders, to leverage internal relationships anddrive activity through internal teams 
  • Represent and promote our product offerings at external events 

 

Requirements

 

  • A university degreein a technology or business-related field 
  • A minimum of 5years of experience in Product Management, working with agile development teams and building world class B2B software products  
  • Hands-on experience at a Managed Service Provider, Helpdesk or developing MSP products 
  • Ability to gather data (qualitative and quantitative) as well as transforming it into understandable concepts 
  • Confidence to represent the organization both internally and externally 
  • Excitement about the possibility to workwith cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, leading-edge products and willingness to tackle challenges in a dynamic growing environment  
  • Hands-on mentality combined withwillingness to multi-task to get things done 
  • Excellent communication skills backed bythe ability to influence 
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages are a plus 
  • Experience in managing day-to-day technical and design direction is beneficial
