Business Development Representative - Onsite - Guadalajara, MX - (Spanish or Portuguese Fluency)
Guadalajara, Jalisco, MX, 44160
TeamViewer is a leading global technology company that provides a connectivity platform to remotely access, control, manage, monitor, and repair devices of any kind – from laptops and mobile phones to industrial machines and robots. Although TeamViewer is free of charge for private use, it has more than 625,000 subscribers and enables companies of all sizes and from all industries to digitalize their business-critical processes through seamless connectivity.
The Business Development Representative (BDR) serves a critical role in the 1E Demand Generation team as well as overall GTM function. This role sits within the Marketing department, specifically on the Demand Generation team and will report in the Global Manager, Business Development, either directly, or via a Business Development Team Lead. The BDR’s at 1E are focused on three main areas: inbound lead management, outbound lead prospecting, and ongoing opportunity support alongside our Sales and Channel/Partner teams. They will do this by responding to and engaging with inbound leads that come into 1E from all of our marketing channels as well as conducting focused outreach to accounts within their aligned territory and/or segment (via email, call, and LinkedIn channels).
Additionally, as each BDR at 1E is aligned to at least one Account Director/Strategic Account Director, there may be additional tasks asked of the BDR as it relates to coordinating meetings between internal stakeholders and prospects as well as outbound support for additional personas within any given account in order to maintain deal velocity. With increased experience and performance comes the opportunity for further exposure and engagement in the late sales process, but the key responsibilities of the BDR lie within pre-sales and early sales engagement.
