As the Global Director of Pricing at TeamViewer, you will report to the SVP of Go To Market Strategy. You’ll drive our global pricing strategies, ensuring they align with both market dynamics and TeamViewer’s vision for innovation. You will play a pivotal role in revenue optimization, influencing product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and long-term financial goals. Requirements

Develop and implement global pricing strategies that are aligned with TeamViewer’s overall business objectives and market conditions.

Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to define new pricing models for software subscriptions, services, and emerging offerings

Lead in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform value-based pricing decisions.

Establish a robust analytics framework to evaluate the impact of pricing changes on revenue, profitability, and customer lifetime value.

Work closely with Finance, Product Management, and Sales Operations to ensure seamless execution of pricing strategies.

Provide thought leadership and insights for product launches, contract negotiations, and promotional pricing.

Design and manage pricing experiments to evaluate elasticity, optimize discount structures, and refine tiered offerings.

Build processes for ongoing price reviews and adjustments, ensuring alignment with market trends and financial targets.

Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing pricing team, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Communicate pricing strategies and results to executive leadership, influencing key stakeholders with well-substantiated recommendations.

Ensure all pricing policies and practices comply with relevant regulations and internal controls.

Maintain pricing documentation, discount schedules, and approval workflows to promote consistency and transparency.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.

8+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or strategy, ideally in the software/SaaS sector.

Proven track record in leading strategic pricing initiatives that drive business growth and profitability.

Strong analytical mindset with expertise in pricing methodologies and financial modeling.

Proficiency in business intelligence and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).

Demonstrated success in building and managing teams, including recruiting, coaching, and performance management.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Ability to blend strategic thinking with detailed execution, balancing short-term gains with long-term business impact.

Experience translating market insights into actionable recommendations for global pricing strategies.
