Responsibilities

 

Join our Scrum Master Team within the Project Management Office and support agile development standards and processes across Research & Development. You’ll work closely with our Scrum Masters and agile software development teams and contribute to change management initiatives and best practice implementation to ensure organizational alignment.

 

  • Support the adoption and implementation of agile methodologies within software development teams.
  • Assist in the conception, execution and documentation of change management projects and process improvements.
  • Gain hands-on experience with the Scrum framework and agile development methodologies.
  • Analyze data and key metrics to create documentation and dashboards that support project transparency.
  • Participate in scrum ceremonies and help facilitate meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Support onboarding of new team members into the Scrum process, ensuring smooth integration into team workflows.

 

Requirements

 

  • Enrolled student at a university or college in the field of Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field 
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in different areas of the company.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Basic knowledge in agile software development, project management, Jira and confluence is a plus.
  • Good MS Office knowledge, Jira and Confluence is a plus

  • Our Working Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract, €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract, and €1,400 for an internship position.
