Responsibilities

 

  • Support the Enterprise Sales team in day-to-day business for the DACH region
  • Assist in preparing presentations, sales materials, and proposals for customer meetings
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic sales initiatives
  • Help maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) with customer information and sales activities
  • Assist in coordinating and organizing customer appointments, events, and meetings
  • Support the team with data analysis and reporting to identify potential leads and sales trends
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Marketing, Legal, and Finance to support the sales process
  • Participate in pipeline reviews and sales planning meetings
  • Help prepare customized offers and follow up on ongoing opportunities
  • Contribute to process improvement and sales efficiency initiatives

 

Requirements

 

  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) is essential
  • Enrolled in a university program in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong interest in B2B sales and technology
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Prior experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Structured, reliable, and results-oriented working style

  • Our Working Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract, €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract, and €1,400 for an internship position.
