Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing team in executing campaigns and events across EMEA markets
• Assist with the coordination of our Manchester United sports sponsorship
• Manage and update event and marketing assets to maintain an organized and up-to-date repository
• Collaborate with internal teams and develop strong, trustful relationships with stakeholders across departments
• Track data meticulously using Excel and support CRM and Monday.com usage; generate reports and presentations to support performance insights
• Handle administrative and back-office tasks to support campaign operations and ensure transparency and efficiency

Requirements

• Enrolled student in university or college studies in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages such as German are a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with CRM tools and Monday.com is a plus
• Interest in B2B software, marketing strategy, and/or sales enablement
• Able to work independently and take initiative, while also collaborating effectively with internal teams and external agencies
• Prior internship or working student experience in marketing, sales, or communications is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude

What we offer

• Contract location would be Göppingen, Germany

• Our Working Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract, €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract, and €1,400 for an internship position.
