Responsibilities
TeamViewer's Frontline is a pioneering solution in the realm of connected work software that uses augmented reality (AR) and wearable computing to revolutionize how businesses approach digitally connected work in logistics, maintenance, and training in nearly every industry.
As Vice President of Product Management, you will lead our Frontline connected worker software product team. This pivotal leadership role will drive the strategic direction and success of TeamViewer’s award-winning software, revolutionizing the future of work. As the VP of Product Management, you will be at the forefront of innovation, guiding a talented team of product managers and collaborating with customer-facing and engineering leaders to deliver exceptional products that meet market demands and exceed expectations. Your expertise in leading major software product launches and your ability to collaborate across functional teams will be critical in achieving our business objectives.

- Define and Drive Product Roadmap and Strategy: Establish and articulate a clear product vision that aligns with the company's strategic goals, and other product portfolio. Inspire the team to achieve it. Own and refine the short and long-term product roadmap for Frontline products.
- Build a Sustainable Product Culture: Lead by example, showcasing the value of customer feedback, continuous learning, design, and quality in every product we produce.
- Champion Market and Customer Insights: Deeply understand market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform product development and positioning.
- Strategic Product Launches: Drive the go-to-market strategy and execution for new products, collaborating with sales, marketing, and engineering to ensure successful launches.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation within the product management team, encouraging the exploration of new technologies and methodologies to enhance product offerings.
- Customer and Ecosystem Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers to advocate for the product and gather valuable feedback.
- Financial and ROI Management: Conduct thorough return-on-investment analyses for proposed products and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in a relevant field is required; MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in product management, product development, or product marketing within the software or IT industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing Product Managers.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in leading the development and launch of major software products, with a strong understanding of the entire technology stack.
- Strategic and Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to translate high-level business requirements into detailed product specifications and strategic plans.
- Outstanding Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to senior technical personnel and industry stakeholders.
- Market and Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of market demands, customer needs, and technological trends in the IT industry.
- Collaborative Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional, multicultural teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in English; additional language skills, particularly in German, are a plus.
