  • Provide support and guidance to our existing German and English Frontline/TeamViewer customers and prospects, addressing their technical issues through phone calls or emails.
  • Manage second-level support cases, resolving customer issues through remote support, telephone conversations, or email correspondence.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to address third-level support cases.
  • Utilize your technical knowledge to assist the Sales team in effectively communicating product features and benefits to customers.
  • Work closely with all members of the Customer Support team to ensure the delivery of a best-in-class experience for both existing and potential customers.



  • Hold a degree in computer science, information systems, applied computer science, or possess a similar education in an IT-related field.
  • Demonstrate a customer-driven approach with enthusiasm for working with people and technology.
  • Possess business-level fluency in the English / German language. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Exhibit strong knowledge of networks and hands-on experience with at least two of the following operating systems: Windows®, Mac OS®, Linux®, iOS®, Android®.
  • Previous work experience in technical customer support is desirable.
  • Display excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a friendly and professional manner when interacting with customers over the phone and via email.
