Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at TeamViewer, you will be a key driver in shaping our diverse and dynamic workforce across all departments - from Business (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations) to Technology (R&D, Product, IT). You’ll collaborate with leaders across the organization to identify, attract, and hire top talent while also playing a central role in strengthening our employer brand across the EMEA region.

- Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a wide range of functions and levels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through diverse channels including job boards, social media, events, and direct outreach.
- Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience from first contact to offer stage.
- Act as a brand ambassador - develop and execute employer branding initiatives in collaboration with Marketing, Communications and Social Media.
- Represent TeamViewer at career fairs, university events, and industry meetups across the EMEA region.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights to continuously improve hiring efficiency and quality.
- Stay current with market trends and competitor activity to inform sourcing strategies.
- Support onboarding processes by coordinating with HR and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally across multiple functions
- Proven experience in employer branding and event representation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Willingness to travel across Germany for recruitment events and employer branding initiatives.
- Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
