Our Social Media team works closely with all business units, not only crafting engaging content but showcasing the very best of what TeamViewer offers to audiences across the globe. Responsibilities

 

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead alignment and engagement between all business units involved in social media. Ensure smooth information flow and support content creation needs across the organization.
  • Proactive Engagement: Lead the development of proactive social media engagement and community-building programs across global channels.
  • Social Listening: Run and oversee social listening efforts, staying up to date on competition, market dynamics, industry news, and brand sentiment.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Report on analytics, post performance,profile performance, and social listening insights to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Trend Monitoring: Monitor and analyze trends on LinkedIn and Facebook, identifying relevant content opportunities and emerging platform shifts.
  • Content Creation Support: Collaborate on content development with a strong focus on LinkedIn messaging, storytelling, and thought leadership.
  • Leadership Support: Act as a backup for the Social Media Team Lead—help guide the team, support decision-making, and step in during vacations or absences.

 

Requirements

 

  • 5+ years of experience in social media management with proven success overseeing channels, campaigns, and community-building initiatives.
  • Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
  • Background in Tech or SaaS industry preferred.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics, KPIs, and reporting tools.
  • Experience with social listening platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Talkwalker).
  • Excellent knowledge of social platform best practices, especially LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Ability to translate business priorities and market insights into effective social activation strategies.
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content ideation skills.
  • Confident communicator with experience managing stakeholder relationships across teams and seniority levels.
  • Highly organized and proactive, capable of working independently and driving initiatives end-to-end.
  • Collaborative team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
