Responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Investor Relations Manager in a dynamic environment and industry. You will work in a small, dedicated team to ensure effective investor relations, communicating TeamViewer’s strategy and performance clearly to the capital markets. The Investor Relations (IR) department supports the financial market community by providing up-to-date information on TeamViewer’s business model, strategic direction, activities, financial performance, and statements to current and potential shareholders, as well as sell-side equity research analysts. This information is shared through official financial reports, the TeamViewer IR website, and events like quarterly earnings presentations, Capital Market Day, field trips, and shareholder meetings.
The IR team also offers an external perspective from the financial community and maintains constant dialogue with internal departments. This role allows you to quickly understand TeamViewer’s organization, processes, and future prospects. It is a challenging and dynamic position where your knowledge and experience will be valuable. You will work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with high-impact responsibilities and direct contact with senior management and with analysts and investors. As a recognized expert, you interpret internal or external challenges and recommend solutions. You will also handle independent projects, and when applicable mentor junior colleagues.
- Gather, consolidate and summarize internal information for quarterly press releases and presentations for senior management. Take the leading role in the Q&A process, recommend communication approach / solutions
- Create investor communications and materials for conferences, roadshows, and shareholder meetings; prepare shareholder ID and targeting presentations, prepare feedback/meeting reports from investor and analyst engagement
- Build strong relationships with sell-side analysts and investors, aiming to respond within 24 hours; ability and skills set to host investor meetings yourself. Support the team on ad-hoc basis in scheduling of internal and external meetings
- Analyze equity research reports and industry and peer news and reports to stay updated on peer and industry developments; enhance internal relationships
- Independently build TeamViewer’s financial valuation model and understand its valuation by the investment community (financial and qualitative considerations)
- Lead organization of roadshows, investor conferences, and Capital Markets Day; manage IR website content to stay up to date
- Prepare proposals/reports for ad-hoc projects, be able to handle projects independently, and seek process improvements to enhance IR function.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or professional qualification (ACA or CFA) with 7+ years in financial markets, investment banking, or corporate finance; investor relations experience is a plus
- In-depth understanding of financial statements and experience with Bloomberg is required
- Ambitious, team-oriented, and able to meet deadlines independently
- Expert knowledge of analytic, financial, and valuation methods
- Ability to independently process, summarize, and present large amounts of information in a comprehensive manner
- Ability to independently analyze data, solve problems, and provide advice
- Strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills
- Excellent consultative skills and ability to simplify financial concepts
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make decisions
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
