Responsibilities

 

As a Sales Operations & Technology Manager (all genders), you will take ownership of managing, optimizing, and strategically overseeing the technology stack that powers our Global Sales teams. Your role will ensure that tools and applications align with business needs, boost productivity, and enhance sales effectiveness - Ready to make an Impact?

 

  • Oversee all Sales-related software licenses, ensuring they are properly allocated, fully utilized and avoiding redundancies
  • Understand and assess business needs to evaluate both existing and potential Sales tools and applications
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions to empower sales teams to effectively use tools, while providing ongoing enablement and support to ensure tools are fully leveraged
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, testing, and implementation of tools that optimize sales processes
  • Collaborate with multiple departments (such as IT and Procurement) to gain consensus on tool evaluations and implementation strategies
  • Promote and enforce best practices for utilizing tools across teams and regions
  • Stay informed on the latest sales technologies and industry trends. Proactively recommend improvements to the sales tech stack that can enhance productivity and sales efficiency

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales technology management, sales operations, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of sales tools such as CRM systems, sales enablement platforms, and other related applications
  • Strong communication skills and ability to train and enable teams to effectively utilize technology
  • Highly motivated and capable of handling complex challenges with minimal supervision, providing effective solutions and improvements
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience in managing vendor relationships
