Responsibilities

 

Are you a salesperson at heart? Then join our sales team as a Sales Development Representative (all genders) for the French market and be responsible for for identifying and generating new business opportunities at TeamViewer!

 

  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research and prospecting tools
  • Initiate outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to engage prospects and create interest in TeamViewer products
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and budget constraints
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule qualified meetings and appointments for further discussions
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions and opportunities in our CRM system
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and our products/services to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and skill development activities to enhance your performance and contribute to the team's success

 

Requirements

 

  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory, further languages are a plus 
  • Organizational talent with a structured, independent and proactive work attitude
  • Strong communication skills, positive attitude, willingness to learn and enjoy working in an international team
  • Prior experience in sales development or customer-facing roles is a plus
  • Basic understanding of software and technology
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of outreach effectively
