Responsibilities

 

Are you ambitious, sales-driven and you love building relationships with a divers range of customers? Then join our Retention team and help growing and retaining our customer base in the Czech region by having technical knowledge about our products.

 

  • Approach existing customers to ensure a high service level and customer retention
  • Establish business relationships with TeamViewer customers via telephone and e-mail
  • Discover cross and up-sell opportunities with the existing customer base
  • Follow up and negotiate with customers to prevent churn and generate pricing quotes for renewals
  • Collect and analyze feedback from the customers to improve internal processes and customer loyalty

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, linguistics or another relevant field. Any equivalent commercial experience is an alternative
  • Experience in sales, customer retention or customer service, ideally with up-selling and cross-selling
  • Ideally experience in the IT environment with SaaS knowledge
  • Fluency in Czech and English is mandatory, further languages are a plus
  • Strong communication skills, positive attitude and enjoy working in an international team
