Responsibilities

Contribute to a smooth flow of all processes worldwide and actively increase effectiveness, efficiency and productivity on all areas of responsibility of Digital Delivery (Focus Website and Ecom)

 

  • Pursue the goal of continuously improving processes and internal systems and support optimization in order to increase our efficiency on our Website
  • Intake and manage requests from different teams as well as manage recurring requests to ensure that they are delivered on time in the assigned budget
  • Drive stakeholder and expectation management in different teams and functions, as well as with top management
  • Maintain a proper PMO structure for technical marketing projects, including progress reporting across multiple projects
  • Own tracking of KPIs and milestones, meeting and communication flows, risk management
  • Develop decision bases based on figures for departments and management, which can be used to make well-founded decisions
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPI) and follow-up on the portfolio of projects and improvement initiatives to ensure results are measured and achieved, including monthly business reporting.
  • Support operational diagnostics to identify opportunities for improvement

 

Requirements

 

  • Experience in Project Management
  • University degree in business information technology, economics or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally first professional experience in E-Commerce and Web Projects as project manager
  • Confident use of tools like Excel, Word and PowerPoint, experience in Azure DevOps or Monday.com is a plus
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German on business level are a plus
  • You think and act entrepreneurially and have the ability to grasp complex interrelationships and analyze figures
  • Positive charisma and high motivation as well as strong communication skills and organizational talent
  • Enthusiasm, resilience, willingness to learn and team spirit are among your strengths
  • Ability to lead and execute complex process improvement projects
  • Problem solving skills and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills
