Responsibilities

As a Product Management Teamlead (all genders) for TeamViewer Intelligence, you have the ultimate opportunity to shape the AI-enabled future of TeamViewer. TeamViewer Intelligence is the company's AI product initiative to develop forefront AI solutions for Autonomous Endpoint Management (AEM), Remote Connectivity and Digital Employee Experience (DEX). You will lead a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, and work across the whole TeamViewer organization driving a main strategic pillar of TeamViewer’s strategy. The Team Lead will own the entire product development cycle: from market analysis and strategy definition to execution and go-to-market. Together with the team, you will manage development roll-in, backlog execution, testing, release decisions, and customer roll-out, while also driving GTM planning, commercial packaging, and execution. It will be also important to work closely with partners and customers to guarantee product success and innovation. 
 

  • Develop a deep understanding of users, customers, markets, and competitors, especially towards opportunities to apply AI to solve customer requirements.  
  • Formulate and communicate the product strategy for TeamViewer Intelligence, create and own the AI product roadmap, create ideas for new features and use-cases based on in-depth discovery work   
  • Specify the Use-Cases and Requirements, manage the delivery and launches, and continuously observe the success of the Product and translate your insights into improvements   
  • Be the go-to-person for your Product and Initiatives, communicate strategy and roadmap, and influence all stakeholders from R&D, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Solution Delivery and Business Development.  
  • Translate industry AI trends into Endpoint Management needs: Lead the integration of multimodal LLMs, real-time computer-vision object recognition, and multilingual speech/translation to deliver context-aware recommendations and insights for IT admins and end users.  
  • Automate End-Point Management and DEX: Apply generative AI to record sessions, generate recommendations and automations, and continuously update a self-help knowledge base and drive faster issue resolution to boost employee experience.  

 

Requirements

  • University Degree in Information Technology, Data Science or Business  related field. 
  • Proven Track record of successfully completed product initiatives in the AI space. 
  • Strong experience with user experience design and end user application of AI 
  • Proficiency in product and project management. 
  • Ability to work in a cross functional, cross location and multi-skilled team. 
  • Understanding of Endpoint Management, Remote Connectivity and DEX solutions. 
  • Deep Knowledge of current AI, LLM and Machine Learning technology 
  • Customer centricity, experience in directly working with customers and partners in the software development cycle. 
  • Experience in people and team management, including people development, performance management and coaching. 
  • Familiarity with agile software development methodologies. 
  • A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and strong collaboration skills. 
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
