Responsibilities

• Facilitation of onboarding and continuous product and soft skill trainings
• Preparation for training (review material, check room, agenda, and equipment)
• Close collaboration on training material with Instructional Designers
• Collect feedback from trainees about training on a global base
• Stay up-to-date about all product and system changes within the company
• Be a brand and culture ambassador
• Align with all Training and Development Specialist globally on projects , training priorities and training agendas
• Send out invites for onboarding and ongoing training and take care of changes within the schedule
• Take care of all organizational topics around onboarding (including new hire communication, room and beverage bookings, print-outs for sessions, update agenda etc.)

Requirements

• Career starters/ graduates are very welcome
• Interactive presenting style paired up with passion about Sales and Customer Support and enabling others to perform at their best
• Ability to identify and develop strengths and potential growth opportunities for employees
• Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills as well as flexibility and the ability to adjust to changes in training priorities depending on business needs
• Excellent public speaking, communication and presentation skills round up your profile
• Fluency in German and English is mandatory, further languages are a plus
