TeamViewer is seeking an experienced Information Security Expert to join our Customer Trust & Security Team. This role is critical in managing and maintaining our scope of information security certifications and ensuring compliance with increasing regulatory requirements. The role will play a key role in supporting our certification processes and regulatory adherence, thereby contributing to the continuity of our business operations and overall business success.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Certification Maintenance: Manage and maintain a wide range of information security certifications, including but not limited to ISO 27001, SOC 2, BSI C5, CSA Star Level 2, FIPS 140-3, NIST SP 800-53, FedRamp, and TX-Ramp.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor, implement, and maintain adherence to new and existing regulations such as the Data Act, Cyber Resilience Act, and NIS2.
  • Business Support: Ensure compliance and certification maintenance to prevent disruptions in the business cycle, supporting certifications like BSI C5 and CSA Star Level 2.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation and reports related to certification processes and compliance efforts with support of a compliance tool.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external auditors to ensure successful certification and compliance outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of certification and compliance activities.

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in information security, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security compliance and certification management.
  • In-depth knowledge of information security standards and regulations.
  • Proven track record of managing certifications such as FIPS 140-3, NIST SP 800-53, FedRamp, and TX-Ramp.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements including the Data Act, Cyber Resilience Act, and NIS2.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English (business level, both oral and written); German proficiency is a plus
  • You feel comfortable in a lively and energetic business environment surrounded by like-minded, intrinsic motivated people
