Responsibilities

 

Are you open, communicative and love working with a diverse range of people from all over the world providing technical support and assistance to users, whether on the phone or in person? Your primary intention is to ensure a client’s satisfaction and ability to properly operate any system, software, or technology they may be having trouble with. Then join our IT Service Desk Team as an IT Service Desk Administrator (all genders) at our HQ and satisfy our colleagues by delivering outstanding IT support.

 

  • Join our IT Service Desk Team to be a go to person for our TeamViewer colleagues and support in any IT request.
  • Show your problem-solving skills and escalate to responsible teams if necessary
  • Provision, provide and support our high end-user hardware
  • Be ready to travel to our branch office on provide on-site support if required
  • Take over responsibility for procurement of IT software and hardware
  • Work together with our global IT team to provide best-in-class solutions to all TeamViewer employees
  • Willing to move and set up workplaces/desks for in-house colleagues as part of the job

 

Requirements

  • Successfully completed training as an IT specialist for systems integration, bachelor’s in information technology or similar
  • Ideally have initial professional experience and worked in a similar role before
  • Understanding of ITIL concepts is important. Certification will be preferred
  • Have very good knowledge in Windows® (10). Experience in MacOS and Mobile Device Management is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and/or German is mandatory, further languages are a plus
  • Determination, enthusiasm and willingness to learn
  • Working independently is just as important to you as team spirit
  • Think out of the Box – challenge our status quo and bring Ideas to the table
  • Strong communication skills and passion for customer support/service
  • Be flexible enough to cover for team members as and when required
