Responsibilities

 

A dynamic and experienced Director of Enterprise Marketing to lead our global marketing strategy and plan targeting large enterprise clients. This role is crucial for driving the growth and visibility of our enterprise solutions, enhancing brand awareness, and generating demand among potential customers. The ideal candidate will have a very strong background in B2B enterprise marketing ideally in IT & OT, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of successfully leading marketing strategy and planning.

 

  • Create and oversee our roadmap to enterprise marketing excellence
  • Define our key market segments at a global level together with addressable market size and characteristics, in conjunction with regional sales & marketing leaders
  • Define our global enterprise positioning and messaging with our global brand team
  • Drive narratives, competitive intelligence and reasons to buy across the company and oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content, including whitepapers, case studies, webinars, analyst engagement and more, tailored to enterprise audiences
  • Increase the volume and value of sales pipeline by co-ordinating globally consistent demand generation activity including appropriate sales plays, C Level influencer programmes, ABM insights and ensuring alignment across regions
  • Develop use cases that highlight how we transform enterprise organisations
  • Establish a global standard in the tracking and reporting of enterprise marketing performance to drive continuous improvement and priority refinement

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise marketing in an international SaaS company with a deep understanding of go to market, channel strategy and optmisation
  • Experience preferred in IT/OT market
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed environment working collaboratively with senior sales &  marketing leaders and across regions to ensure alignment with our roadmap
  • Proven success in developing long term strategic marketing plans, through an analytical and data driven approach and a focus on RoI
  • A love for story telling and an appreciation of the differences between regional markets

  • Willingness to travel
