Responsibilities

Become a part of our finance team as Controller/Finance Business Partner (all genders) and support domestic and foreign subsidiaries of TeamViewer on their way into the future.

 

  • Be an important part of the cost budgeting and forecasting process (with focus on FTE costs, positions)
  • Be responsible to create regular and ad-hoc analysis with focus on HR topics (cost, positions, relevant HR KPIs)
  • Prepare presentations and decision documents for relevant stakeholders.
  • Be a pillar of the monthly management reporting and provide necessary documentation about variances versus the cost budget.
  • Play a vital role as a business partner for some of the cost centers.
  • Play an active role to further development the HR Controlling set up (processes, KPI set, etc)

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration is preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in Controlling department in general, first experiences in HR-Controlling
  • Ideally experience in an international company
  • Interest in companies from the IT or E-Commerce sector
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office (especially Excel and Power Point) as well as very good German and English skills
  • You have excellent analytical skills; you will always find the right way for different stakeholders to communicate their result
  • You have an independent, structured and result-oriented way of working as well as a high level of quality awareness
