The Executive Assistant & Business Partner role goes beyond traditional executive support, as the successful candidate will act as a strategic business partner, working closely with the C-Suite to help drive key initiatives, manage critical projects, and facilitate high-level decision-making. This position requires a high degree of professionalism, business acumen, and the ability to manage complex tasks in a fast-paced environment. 

  

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist with research, data analysis, and preparation of key information to support decision-making processes. 

  • Provide top-level administrative support to the C-Suite, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements. 

  • Serve as a business partner by assisting with strategic planning, helping to drive key initiatives, and ensuring follow-up on business priorities. 

  • Act as a point of contact between the C-Suite and both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment. 

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for executive meetings, board meetings, and other high-profile events. 

  • Coordinate and manage special projects, tracking timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring successful execution. 

  • Facilitate cross-departmental communication and collaboration on behalf of the C-Suite to ensure alignment on company objectives and priorities. 

  • Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times. 

  • Organize company-wide events, executive offsites, and other key business gatherings. 

  • Support executive-level communications and ensure the timely dissemination of information to the leadership team and staff. 

  • Provide operational support and business insight as needed for key initiatives driven by the C-Suite. 

  

Requirements:

 

  • Significant experience in an executive assistant or similar role supporting C-Suite or senior executives. 

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced technology or software company is highly desirable. 

  • Proven track record of managing high-level projects, with a strong understanding of business operations. 

  • Experience in supporting business strategy, project management, or cross-functional initiatives is a plus. 

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a demanding environment. 

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. 

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to act as a strategic partner to senior leadership. 

  • Proficient in using office and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Google Workspace, and project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.). 

  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. 

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality. 

  • Travel Requirement - Up to 20% (Domestic & International).

  • Protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company data in accordance with established security policies. 

  • Report any suspected security incidents or breaches to the security team immediately. 

  • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory data privacy requirements in all aspects of work.
