Responsibilities
Be part of the Solution Engineering team which focusses on providing technical support and product expertise to our customers. You will be required to deliver product demonstrations, answer technical questions, and offer technical advice to Enterprise customers, and support these customers in their implementation of TeamViewer software products and services. The main focus will be UK & English Speaking European countries, on Large Companies, with complex sales, long sales cycles (between 6 to 12 months as average), face to tough competition.
- Provide support and advice to Enterprise customers in the pre-sales, sales and implementation phases
- Partner with the Enterprise Sales team by providing technical advice and feedback to help secure sales and meet our customer needs
- Deliver strong demonstrations of TeamViewer solutions to customers, conduct training courses and deliver professional services (onsite or remote) as needed. The required skills here will be to help the sales changing customer vision, so must be used to speak with C-Levels (Executive, Financial, Security, etc.) to explain the company’s strong added value in a very competitive environment
- Work closely with TeamViewer Product, R&D, Customer Success, and other teams to bring forward and clarify special requests from customers and determine feasibility of implementation
- Solve technical implementation issues in a variety of customer environments
- Answer questionnaires and tenders from enterprise customers about technical requirements and, if necessary, clarify the answers with the security, development and/or product management teams
- Be responsible for the technical aspects of enterprise projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, such as information technology, computer science, business, economics, or management information systems; or equivalent years of work experience in similar role
- 3+ years’ work experience in pre-sales engineering - presales experience on selling numerous 300K+ ARR Cloud deals in a B2B mode, being capable to help the sales to “change the vision/rules” and orientate them to the right TeamViewer strength/value
- Fluency in English is mandatory, additional languages are a plus
- Expert knowledge in all of the following areas: Operating Systems, Mobile devices, Networking, CyberSecurity, Active Directory, Cloud Operations, Virtualization, Mass deployment tools, APIs, Project Management and Process Management
- Keeps self up-to-date with current IT industry trends and education
- Experience using and working with TeamViewer solutions in a professional work environment is strongly preferred
- Customer driven with enthusiasm for working with people and technology
- Available to visit (existing and potential) enterprise customers
