As the Strategic Marketing Manager for the Americas at TeamViewer, you will play a crucial role in defining how our products resonate in the U.S. market. Focused on understanding customer challenges and developing targeted content, you’ll ensure our product messaging aligns with TeamViewer’s brand and value proposition. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build a compelling narrative across our product suite, addressing customer needs and driving engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Insight & Content Development: Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points to create meaningful content for Analyst Relations (AR), Public Relations (PR), and other marketing channels that resonates with our audience.
- Global Alignment & Local Execution: Collaborate with global teams to align product marketing strategies, customizing messaging and materials to the U.S. market.
- Integrated Storytelling: Craft a cohesive narrative that ties TeamViewer’s products together, presenting a compelling story that speaks to customer needs and encourages engagement.
- Persona Development & Segmentation: Build detailed customer personas and segment the market effectively to develop precise, resonant messaging for each audience.
- Marketing Material Development: Lead the creation of essential product marketing materials, including pitch decks, white papers, case studies, and battle cards, to support sales teams and enhance customer engagement.
- Partner Integration: Develop materials that integrate TeamViewer’s solutions with those of our partners, presenting a unified and compelling value proposition.
- Team Leadership: Initially, manage and small team, with the vision to expand the team as needed. Foster a collaborative environment focused on creativity and results-driven performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product marketing or a related role, ideally within the tech or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of customer-centric marketing, persona development, segmentation, and targeting.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with global teams and execute strategies at a local level.
- Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to build a cohesive narrative across multiple products.
- Experience in creating a variety of product marketing materials such as pitch decks, white papers, and case studies.
- Leadership experience with the potential to build and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self Self-starter mentality, with the ability to identify and act on new opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
