We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise SaaS Market Development Specialist to join our expanding team. As a key player in our marketing department and demand generation team, you will be responsible for analyzing inbound leads stemming from our various marketing channels for the purposes of identifying proper customer profile fit, leveraging our campaign ecosystem to guide prospects through the sales and marketing funnel, and strategically executing on marketing-sourced leads. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Lead Qualification & Analysis: 

 

  • Analyze all inbound leads across multiuple product lines to identify proper customer profile 

  • Utilize various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media, to follow-up with and execute high-quality leads. 

  • Utilize a CRM and Sales Engagement tool suite to manage a book of inbound business.  

 

Qualification and Needs Analysis: 

 

  • Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and challenges, while anticipating concerns and objections. 

  • Conduct thorough qualification to ensure alignment with our solutions and offerings 

  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of our SaaS offerings to prospects 

 

Relationship Building: 

 

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers both within accounts but also internally in the GTM teams 

  • Work in lockstep with the Campaign Management team to establish feedback loops and cutting-edge GTM strategies to optimize engagement 

  • Collaborate with the sales team to transition qualified leads and opportunities. 

 

Market Development: 

 

  • Work closely with the regional marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing strategies and campaigns based on programmatic and firmographic data 

  • Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations and presentations for customers and prospect customers 

  • Represent the TeamViewer brand at trade-shows, events, and field marketing events 

  • Provide relevant information to prospects and assist in the sales process. 

 

Sales Analytics and Reporting: 

 

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports on lead generation and conversion rates. 

  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions. 

  • Track attribution within CRM of campaign and marketing events to lead creation 

  • Report back on efficacy of marketing activity and events to the greater marketing team, serving as a ‘boots on the ground’ perspective. 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Excellent communication skills, with the abilty to speak confidently to senior executives on technical topics 

  • Diligent and hardworking attitude 

  • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to deepen ones knowledge in the Enterprise SaaS space 

  • Ability to work independently when needed and collaboratively when asked, all while never shying away from questions 

  • Process and structure oriented, with a knack for building scalable, repeatable processes. 

  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Sales Engagement software (e.g Outreach.io) is a plus. 

  • Interest and previous experience with marketing-related roles is a plus 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
