As a Developer Relations Manager, you will spearhead developer enablement, engagement, and advocacy for our innovative Frontline platform. From Smart Glasses to wearable devices, you'll dive into cutting-edge technology, empowering our customers and partners to create impactful solutions. Your role will involve crafting compelling content, providing technical guidance, and fostering a vibrant developer community. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Empowerment through Content Creation: Develop and deliver high-impact content, including trainings, blog posts and presentations, to educate and onbaord developers and drive successful app development on the Frontline platform 

  • Technical Consultation: Offer expert guidance to our partners and customers, ensuring seamless integration and optimal utilization of Frontline platform tools 

  • Evangelism and Support: Represent TeamViewer at development events, hackathons, and forums, advocating for the Frontline platform and providing direct support to developers 

  • Community Moderation: Maintain and moderate communication channels to facilitate direct interaction with developers, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment 

  • Strategic Advocacy: Champion the adoption of Frontline products within our partner ecosystem, driving integration and fostering developer community growth 

  • Feedback Synthesis: Gather and analyze external feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with R&D and Product teams to enhance the Developer Experience 

  • Collaborative Engagement: Partner with internal teams to create immersive learning experiences, including videos, courses, and assignments, tailored to the needs of new developers joining our platform 

  

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field 

  • Proficiency in Java, with experience in SpringBoot and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular) 

  • Familiarity with API design principles, XML, JSON, and database technologies such as MySQL 

  • Optional: Experience in Android development 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to grasp complex organizational dynamics 

  • Collaborative mindset with a penchant for both teamwork and independent project ownership 

  • Agility in adapting strategies in fast-paced environments 

  • Excellent communication skills, adept at simplifying technical concepts for diverse audiences 

  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
