Are you sales-driven and you enjoy working with different sales partners? Then join TeamViewer as Channel Renewal Specialist and oversee the contract renewal process with our Channel Partners. Ensure timely renewals, nurture partner relationships, and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. 

  

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end renewal process for channel partners, ensuring deadlines are met and renewals are executed smoothly 

  • Work hand to hand with the Channel Account Managers responsible for your territories and collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success 

  • Communicate with Distributors and Reseller partners to ensure customers renewal cycle is completed  

  • Understand partners' business objectives and challenges, and tailor renewal proposals to align with their needs and goals 

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or features that align with partner requirements 

  • Analyze data for insights and create reports for management 

  • Lead negotiations with partners and ensure conflict resolution during renewals 

  • Innovate and streamline renewal processes for efficiency 

  

Qualifications 

 

  • University degree or equivalent experience 

  • Proven experience in channel management, partner relationships, or account management 

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills 

  • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English is mandatory, other languages are a plus 

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. 

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. 

  • Prior experience in technology, software, or SaaS industries is advantageous
