Responsibilities
- Set up, install, and configure workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Perform physical repairs or replacements of faulty hardware components
- Troubleshoot and resolve peripheral issues (e.g., monitors, docking stations, printers)
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of IT equipment
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues via phone, email, or ticketing systems
- Perform remote troubleshooting using diagnostic tools and targeted questions
- Resolve hardware and software issues or escalate to higher support tiers
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, phones, and other devices
- Assist with network connectivity problems and basic access issues
- Participate in IT projects like system upgrades or migrations
Requirements
- Fluency in English and German (spoken and written) is essential.
- Good understanding of Windows 11, macOS, network and infrastructure concepts
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID would be a plus
- Prior experience with ticketing systems like FreshService is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.

- Our Working Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract, €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract, and €1,400 for an internship position.
