Responsibilities

 

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Technical Project Manager to join our Enterprise Solution Delivery team. As a pivotal figure in our project cycle, you will be responsible for understanding, enhancing, and revolutionizing business processes for our Enterprise customers through the deployment of TeamViewer’s cutting-edge software. Your role will involve meticulous requirement gathering, seamless project execution, and continuous client engagement to ensure our innovative solutions not only meet but exceed our clients' business needs.

 

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans using project management tools to monitor and track progress, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Oversee and coordinate the technical aspects of the project, ensuring that the engineering and development teams have the guidance and resources needed to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of existing business processes for Enterprise customers and provide expert recommendations for improvements using TeamViewer's technology.
  • Craft and refine processes, aiming for heightened efficiency and cost optimization, while ensuring thorough process documentation for client clarity and internal reference.
  • Diligently gather and articulate customer requirements; devise and oversee a robust project implementation plan tailored to our solutions.
  • Lead and manage the deployment of our pioneering software solutions, facilitating effective collaboration between TeamViewer project teams and client stakeholders.
  • Provide comprehensive project oversight, including resource allocation, estimation, scheduling, and coordination through all stages, while spearheading the product roadmap alongside our Software Engineers and Product/Engineering teams.
  • Supervise user acceptance and system integration testing to guarantee a flawless solution rollout.
  • Serve as the esteemed technical advisor post-project implementation, focusing on maximizing upsell opportunities and scaling potential within the customer’s organization.
  • Represent TeamViewer as the subject matter expert in Augmented Reality and Remote Connectivity solutions.

 

Requirements

 

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Project Management or any other related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer-centric roles, preferably as a Technical Project Manager/Program Manager, with a record of successfully leading large-scale technology projects.
  • In-depth understanding and application of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), as well as knowledge in object-oriented development, build processes, change control management, and release models.
  • Fluency in German and Englishis mandatory, further languages such as Spanish and French are a plus.
  • Available to visit our enterprise customers.
  • Robust business acumen coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills and customer engagement experience.
  • Proficient in process engineering software, with domain experience in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, or logistics as a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated skill in Integration, System, and User Acceptance Testing processes.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities, result-oriented mindset, and a penchant for quantitative problem-solving.
  • A collaborative team player with a zeal for independent project leadership when required.
