Responsibilities
Our Marketing Core & Programs team is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Working Student to support our Project Managers with PMO tasks and administrative tools.
In this role, you'll help maintain project boards, coordinate tasks, and progressively take on more technical responsibilities—such as creating automations and connecting boards.

- Administer tasks across our Marketing Program Management Office
- Actively develop and implement end-to-end processes within a new internal collaboration software
- Work with project leaders and stakeholders, managing and coordinating templates, folders, and other documents
- Take over day-to-day project management tasks like process mapping and stakeholder management
- Support Monday.com operations like basic fixes to automations and workflows, coordination with external agency, and provide basic support to users
- Create target audience specific content for strategy-based decision-making
Requirements
- Enrolled student in the field of business administration, project management, or any other related subject
- Good technical background, proactive, organized and open-minded attitude
- Basic knowledge of project management tools is a plus
- Your working volume is 20 hours/week (max 40 hours/week during semester breaks)
- Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus
- Broad interest in software and tech paired with advanced MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint)
- Team player with the ability to work independently and efficiently on your own if needed

- Our Working Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract, €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract.
