Responsibilities

As an intern in the product marketing department, you will partner with our Product Marketing Managers across a wide array of activities, from customer and competitor research to developing customer facing collaterals and sales enablement assets.  

• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market and customer research to refine our Enterprise target markets, segments and personas. Turn those data points into actionable insights that the rest of the organization can get behind. 

• Positioning and Messaging: Ensure consistent positioning of our products and assist in the development and iteration of our master messaging guides 

• Marketing Content and Communications: Create and contribute to use-case focused content like blogs, presentation decks, demos, whitepapers, webinar, videos and marketing campaign assets. Write strong briefs for our internal creative teams so that together, we deliver high impact internal/external content 

• Product Launch Management: Work closely with product marketing managers to ensure our newest solutions are launched on time, internally and externally. There will be opportunities to own the end-to-end management of certain new products and features, with support and guidance from the wider product marketing team. 

Requirements

• A natural storyteller with the proven ability to simplify complex concepts 

• Excellent writing and presentation skills, comfortable presenting to internal cross-departmental audiences.  

• Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, …) with a passion for discovering and embracing new Martech tools 

• Native proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus 

• Hands-on mentality, enjoys working in a team environment with cross functional stakeholders 

• Detail-oriented, well organized and efficient at managing multiple projects simultaneously 

• Enrolled student (all genders) in the field of marketing, social sciences, journalism, media, communications, business administration, or any other related subject 

• You must complete a mandatory internship (40 hours/week) as a part of your studies for at least 6 months 

• Broad interest in software and tech paired with advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, …) 

What we offer

• Contract location would be Berlin, Germany.

• Our Work Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of 1.390,00€ for a 20h/week, 1.112,00€ for a 16h/week and 1.200,00€ for an Intern position.
