Responsibilities
As a Director - Performance Marketing you will lead our in-house team of performance marketing experts and own the relationships with our global media agencies and partners to drive growth and efficiency. You are in the drivers seat of everything digital advertising at TeamViewer: from brand campaigns leveraging our famous sports sponsorships with Manchester United and the Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula 1 team to PPC generating ecommerce revenues. On top you’re in charge of shaping and executing our digital media and performance marketing strategy working for one of the globally most known brands in the IT industry.
- Drive our global strategy, execution and performance across all digital channels, including SEA, Paid Social, programmatic advertising, retargeting, affiliates and SEO
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence to achieve marketing objectives
- Collaborate closely with our brand, product and sales teams to ensure campaign orchestration between our brand and performance campaigns
- Confident handling of our global digital marketing budget and agencies spread over several markets and establishing accurate forecasts
- Provide insights and analysis on digital marketing performance and make number-driven decisions based on this analysis.
- Refine and constantly improve performance tracking and reporting across different business goals ranging from driving ecommerce revenue to lead generation (including multi-touch attribution) for our enterprise business
- Keep up to date of trends, changes and innovations in performance marketing to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in performance as well as brand marketing, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels (e.g., Affiliate Marketing, Paid Search, Paid Social Media, Retargeting, SEO)
- 4+ years of management experience with strong leadership skills
- Experience developing and executing and performance marketing strategies in an ecommerce or SaaS environment (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Experience within fremium business models is a plus
- Experience leading a performance marketing team
- Strong analytical competence and structured way of working with demonstrated experience with analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics preferred)
- Strong communication skills and excellent team player
- Fluency in English is required, German is advantageous
