Responsibilities

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst who delivers out-of-sights by leveraging the latest technologies. As a pivotal member of our team, you will closely collaborate with Product Managers to convert raw data into actionable insights that fuel data-driven decision-making. Your role will encompass the complete spectrum of activities from formulating business hypotheses, establishing success metrics, determining tracking requirements, crafting visually captivating data presentations, and effectively communicating conclusive findings to stakeholders.

 

  • Analyze large amounts of data within a data-driven company to support important business decisions and operational processes
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data analysis needs and translate them into actionable business metrics and KPIs
  • Develop and maintain BI dashboards using best-practice data modeling techniques
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data through data cleaning and  thorough validation processes
  • Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design, and user manuals

 

Requirements

 

  • University degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems or equivalent experience with a focus on data
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally within the software industry
  • Advanced SQL knowledge, and ideally experience on Tableau or similar BI tools (e.g. Looker, Power BI)
  • Highly motivated to solve complex problems in close collaboration with other team members, goal-oriented, and eager to make a real difference to the business
  • Good grasp of business contexts and processes
  • Great communication skills complement your interactions with internal and external stakeholders and with stakeholders
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages are a plus
