About the Role:
We are seeking a remote-based Enterprise Account Director at 1E who excels in delivering exceptional consultative customer experiences through tailored technology solutions.
We are looking for smart, passionate, and inquisitive sales professionals with a keen interest in technology. As an Enterprise Account Director at 1E, you will play a foundational role within our company. This is an amazing opportunity to sell cutting-edge technology to some of the biggest accounts in the world. We've just won the largest DEX deals ever with the VA and HP, deploying to millions of HP consumer devices. It's the perfect time to join us to sell our products and drive growth in the North American Enterprise Market, generating, building, and winning new business from prospects and existing customers across all verticals.

What You’ll Do:
- Someone with 5+ year experience of selling high value complex enterprise software solutions into a host of different verticals such as Insurance, Retail Banking and Finance.
- Highly driven and have met/exceeded direct sales goals of 1M+ and operated with an average deal size of $200k+
- Demonstrated ability to grow deals through Consultative selling and Value-based approach
- Ability to clearly demonstrate comfort with senior level meetings and presentations in a virtual selling role.
- Familiarity with the MEDDIC approach.
- Ability to develop a strategic territory plan and create a relevant execution plan to deliver it
- An ambitious self-starter with high energy and motivation.
- Excellent track record of success in an individual contributor role with a strong net new business component and demonstrable success in growing footprints in existing customer.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
