The Team Manager - Inside Sales is responsible for the organization and development of our Inside Sales teams. Working as part of the global Sales leadership team, you will lead and motivate the team to reach individual and department KPIs and deliver exceptional service to our customers.

 

Responsibilities

  • Successful establishment and expansion of business relationships with TeamViewer customers 
  • Identification of cross and up-sell potentials and distribution of the entire TeamViewer product platform
  • Control and steer your team KPI's and report on a regular basis to the EVP
  • Stay updated about your markets, current campaigns, targets and actual numbers
  • Foresee possible obstructions together with SSE to further improve internal processes and increase productivity of your team
  • Ensure the knowledge transfer within your team and constantly strive to increase the level of customer service provided
  • Stay engaged in everyday tasks, identify possible improvements and process optimizations to support your colleagues on any questions
  • Evaluate market performance data, monitor market trends, external factors impacting on sales performance and provide recommendations for future strategies and improvements.
  • Work closely with SSE and the Marketing team to plan and implement campaigns for your markets
  • Consistently align and work with Customer Support to ensure our customers receive a seamless experience with our product
  • Be fully responsible for hiring, training and further development of your team
  • You create and manage staff schedules, including shift assignment, holiday approval and leave management

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, specifically in Inside Sales and/or Enterprise Sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with a track record of developing successful sales teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Strong communication skills, positive attitude and a high level of intercultural competence 
  • Degree in Business Information Technology, Applied Computer Science, Economics or a comparable education in the IT field with relevant experience.
