We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Analytics Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in optimizing our inside sales operations by providing data-driven insights, managing sales analytics, and enhancing overall sales performance. This role will focus on the intersection of sales strategy, data analytics, and operational efficiency, ensuring our Inside Sales team is equipped with the tools, processes, and insights necessary to meet and exceed revenue targets. The candidate will also lead and optimize our renewal process to maximize revenue retention.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and analyze the performance of the Sales and Retention teams.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the sales funnel and renewal base.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize renewal rates and minimize churn. Analyze data to identify at-risk accounts and collaborate with customer success managers to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and IT teams to ensure the CRM, ERP and other sales tools are optimized for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support the Sales team with territory management, quota setting, and sales forecasting.
  • Monitor and assess sales and renewal performance, identifying high-performing areas and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with the Inside Sales and Retention leadership to set goals, track progress, and ensure accountability across the team.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Inside Sales team, the Retention team and other departments (BI,Marketing, Product, Finance) for sales and renewal-related data and insights.
  • Provide training and support to Inside Sales and Retention reps on best practices for data usage, CRM tools, and processes.

 

Requirements

 

  • 5+ years of experience in sales / renewal operations, analytics, or a similar role within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and Excel. Experience with data management and business intelligence tools is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
