About the role
Work closely with and provide support to key account managers and the sales operations team. Assist with the processing of orders using our CRM system and all tasks leading up to the sale.
Responsibilities
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, and possibly BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Can interpret sales performance data, build dashboards, and identify trends
- Understands key metrics (conversion rates, pipeline velocity, quota attainment, etc.)
- Skilled at creating and optimizing sales processes and workflows
- Has experience in pipeline hygiene, territory planning, lead routing, and deal desk support
- Familiarity with deal structuring, CPQ tools
- Ability to maintain documentation and drive adherence to SLAs and operational standards
- Partners effectively with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Finance, and Channel teams
- Can translate business needs into system/process improvements
- Comfortable facilitating training sessions, leading process walk-throughs, and handling seller inquiries
- Familiar with sales tech stack: Salesforce, Dynamics, Gong, etc.
- Anticipates bottlenecks, proposes solutions, and drives improvements without waiting for direction
- Can balance strategic projects with daily support needs
Requirements
- 2–5 years in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Sales Support roles
- Experience working in SaaS, tech, B2B preferred
- Background in supporting field sales, partner/channel teams
- Prior experience, especially in supporting APAC or multi-country sales teams
