About the role

 

At TeamViewer, we empower businesses with innovative remote connectivity software that enhances productivity and growth. We are seeking a results-driven SMB Account Executive with B2B SaaS sales experience and a record of exceeding targets to join our team. In this role, you’ll drive growth by identifying new opportunities and nurturing relationships, aligning our solutions with customer goals to maximize value.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Acquire SMB clients and expand existing accounts to fuel revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, leveraging customer needs to drive product adoption.
  • Use insights and CRM data to enhance prospecting and retention efforts.
  • Present TeamViewer’s value with a consultative approach, creating compelling business cases
  • Manage a robust pipeline and provide consistent, accurate forecasts.
  • Contribute to market intelligence, sharing customer insights to inform product development and competitive positioning.
  • Capable of working independently at a cadence of 50-60 calls, 2-4 online meetings and up to 5+ proposals/quotations a day.
  • Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities using a consultative sales approach using MEDDPICC/SPIN methodology.

 

Requirements

 

  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Possess a customer centric approach to every phase of the sales cycle.
  • Maintain a competitive yet collaborative mindset that drives team success
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with effective presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated and results‑oriented, with the drive to succeed in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce and CRM tools for accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting.
