About the role 

 

At TeamViewer, we empower businesses with innovative remote connectivity software that enhances productivity and growth. We are seeking a Snr Inside Sales Representative who will drive growth by identifying new opportunities and nurturing relationships, aligning our solutions with customer goals to maximize value. This is an opportunity to advance your sales career in B2B SaaS with progression pathways to an Account Executive.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Engage daily with assigned leads, reaching out to inbound and existing clients to build strong, consultative relationships.
  • Leverage deep product knowledge of TeamViewer’s SMB solutions to propose tailored recommendations that address unique business challenges.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client emails and inquiries, maintaining a high standard of service and timely communication.
  • Prepare accurate quotations and follow up within agreed timeframes to sustain sales momentum and improve conversion rates.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs, including 50–60 outbound calls per day, 10–15 qualified meetings per week, and daily/weekly revenue targets set by the Inside Sales Team Manager.
  • Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities using a consultative sales approach using MEDDPICC/SPIN methodology.
  • Actively contribute to peer development, mentoring junior colleagues by sharing insights, best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to align strategies, enhance lead quality, and improve client retention.

 

Requirements

 

  • Ideal candidates have a minimum of two years of sales experience and one year in a similar tele-sales/SDR position
  • Possess a customer centric approach to every phase of the sales cycle.
  • Maintain a competitive yet collaborative mindset that drives team success
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with effective presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated and results‑oriented, with the drive to succeed in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce and CRM tools for accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting.
