Responsibilities

This role will see you assisting customers in Japan market throughout their sales journey by introducing, demonstrating, and promoting all current and new TeamViewer products within the Japanese market.

You are responsible for contacting existing and potential clients via phone and email and converting these leads into sales opportunities. 

 

*Adelaide-based role: relocation support available

  • Provide online demos and webinars of TeamViewer to potential customers
  • Promptly respond to email requests 
  • Quote and follow up on quotations within expected timeframes
  • Promote and maintain a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among customers
  • Process any written request from our prospects and customers using our proprietary systems (CRM)
  • Take care of cross and upselling activities with our existing customers
  • Discuss possible ways to improve our processes and system with your team manager

 

Requirements

  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service
  • Sales or customer service background
  • Strong oral and written fluency in English and Japanese (able to use KEIGO)
  • Excellent problem solving, and the ability to offer solutions for individual customer needs
  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows® and good general IT knowledge
  • Team oriented, with a health touch of competitiveness
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated
