About the role

At TeamViewer, we empower businesses with innovative remote connectivity software that enhances productivity and growth. We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative who's hungry to kick-start their career in B2B SaaS sales – one of the few opportunities in Adelaide to work in SaaS!

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Make contact with potential clients each day via opportunities or leads that have been assigned to you.
  • Propose solutions to customers that meet their unique business needs.
  • Provide online demonstrations where necessary to potential customers.
  • Promptly respond to email requests.
  • Provide quotes and follow up on quotations within expected timeframes.
  • Meet daily/ weekly/ monthly revenue targets set by the Inside Sales Team Manager (individual).
  • Promote and maintain a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among customers.
  • Process any written request from our prospects and customers using our proprietary systems.
  • Discover opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell add additional products to customers by conducting a thorough needs analysis.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs, including 50–60 outbound calls per day, 10–15 qualified meetings per week, and daily/weekly revenue targets set by the Inside Sales Team Manager.
  • Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities using a consultative sales approach using MEDDPICC/SPIN methodology.

 

Requirements

 

  • Ideal candidates have a minimum of one years of sales experience and one year in a similar tele-sales/SDR position
  • Possess a customer centric approach to every phase of the sales cycle.
  • Maintain a competitive yet collaborative mindset that drives team success
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with effective presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated and results‑oriented, with the drive to succeed in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce and CRM tools for accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting.
