As the first line of conduct, provide support to existing customer with technical and accounting issues and offer software solutions with the aim to solve individual IT challenges. You will work closely with all members of the customer support team as well as the sales team to offer an outstanding customer service experience.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Respond to and support our existing clients with technical and accounting issues over the phone and via our ticketing system
  • Understand client needs, and offer solutions to customers to solve their individual challenges and create efficiencies for their business
  • Work closely with the second level team and inside sales team to deliver a first-class customer service experience to the client

 

Requirements

  • Native Thai Speaker
  • Experience working in a customer service role, providing support over the phone and by email
  • Strong oral and written fluency in English 
  • Knowledge of operating systems and experience at least with two of the following; Windows®, Mac OS X®, Linux®, iOS®, Android® 
  • High level of customer service and ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues 
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new and updated software and processes 
  • Initiative, problem-solving skills, and determination to offer realistic solutions to our client 
  • Qualifications in the field of IT or other relevant vocational education is advantageous
